Emulsifier: 10KG
Glacial acetic acid:2Kg
Water: 100Kg
Emulsified to 50% hydrophilic silicone emulsion, milky appearance
Dilute process:
1.Add RH-NB-8098-6 and emulsifier to reactor, start stirring for 3 minutes;
2.Add 10Kg water to stir for 5 minutes, stir evenly;
3.Add 10Kg water to stir for 5 minutes, stir evenly;
4.Add 10Kg water to stir for 5 minutes, stir evenly;
5.Add 10Kg water to stir for 5 minutes, stir evenly, add 2kg glacial acetic acid to stir for 3 minutes;
6.Add 10Kg water to stir for 5 minutes, stir evenly;
7.Add 10Kg water to stir for 5 minutes, stir evenly;
8.Add 10Kg water to stir for 5 minutes, stir evenly;
9.Add 10Kg water to stir for 5 minutes, stir evenly;
10.Add 20Kg water to stir for 5 minutes, stir evenly to filter
